The Richard D. Muma and Rick A. Case Equality Scholarship was established in 2011 to show lesbian, gay, transgender, queer/questioning students that someone notices and cares about them. The donors hope to inspire students to step forward with confidence.
Now in its thirteenth year, the scholarship has awarded over $17,000 since its inception to support 15 different students.
On September 17th, the entire Shocker community will come together and support the colleges, departments, programs, student organizations and teams they love. Join the thousands of Shocker alumni, students, employees, parents and friends who are honoring our past and investing in our future to make a positive difference in our college and community.
