You have the power to make critical flights happen! 

PALS provides free critical medical flights that will enable families to access the best possible treatments for the best possible outcomes.  To help a child battling an illness get to a doctor who can save their life. To connect a veteran and their family with their proper rehabilitation. To support humanitarian efforts when disaster strikes.  When you donate to PALS, you support people fighting for their lives and pilots using their skills for the greater good.  Since inception in 2010, PALS has flown more than 23,000 free missions, lifting the burden for more than 2,900 families. 

Our runners are taking PALS families under their wing as they train and fundraise for the 2021 TCS New York City Marathon. This will be the 50th running of the race with a field size of just 33k.  With your help, the sky's the limit for how many missions we can fly and how many lives we can impact.

Patient Airlift Services provides free critical medical flights that enable families to access the best possible treatments for the best possible outcomes. Like NYRR, we are inspiring those that are sick to never give up, and to put one foot in front of the other to keep moving forward!  While not all of our patients may be able to run marathons, our services help them to lead the healthiest lives they can by accessing top doctors and specialized programs throughout the country. By offering free flights on private aircrafts, we are mitigating the exposure and risk to those that are already immune compromised, and safely transporting them to the critical care they deserve.

For the 6th year in a row, PALS has been selected as an official charity partner for the 2021 TCS NYC Marathon.  NYRR provides blocks of guaranteed (non-complimentary) entries, to qualified and selected charities. Running for a charity not only provides you with guaranteed entry, it also gives you the opportunity to change lives and give back to your community. This year is the 50th marathon, with a field size of just 33k coursing through the five boroughs of New York City.
